Mobile push notifications

Email notifications are fine but sometimes I miss urgent incidents because I don't check email frequently. Push notifications on my phone would help me respond faster to urgent situations, especially on Sundays when I'm already at the building.

This is critical for our safety team. We need instant alerts for urgent incidents, not emails that might sit unread.

Agreed. Even just push notifications for urgent-flagged incidents would be a game changer.
