Multi-language support
PlannedOur church serves a diverse community with members who speak Spanish and Korean. Being able to switch the interface language would make it much more accessible for our bilingual volunteers who file reports.

Specifically, I need month-over-month comparison charts for our quarterly board meetings. Being able to show trends is crucial.

Would love to see incidents by location and time of day as well. That data would help us allocate safety team resources better.
Resolution time metrics would be great too. How long does it take us to close incidents on average?
