Two-factor authentication

For security-sensitive incident data, we'd like the option to require 2FA for all users, or at least for administrators and privileged reviewers. This would add an important layer of protection for our sensitive records.
Official Response
We agree this is important for organizations handling sensitive incident data. We're evaluating the best approach — likely starting with TOTP authenticator app support.
