Incident analytics dashboard

We need better reporting and analytics. Specifically: incident trends over time, average resolution time, incidents by category/location, and the ability to generate charts for board presentations. The current dashboard shows counts but we need deeper insights.

Official Response

This is on our Q2 roadmap. We're planning a comprehensive analytics page with customizable date ranges, trend charts, and exportable reports for board presentations.
